It aimed to enhance environmental awareness among young people, foster a responsible attitude toward nature and promote environmental protection.

The event began with an educational awareness session attended by specialists from the public organization “Young Naturalist”. During the meeting, discussions focused on the significance of World Environment Day, the importance of protecting natural resources and the growing role of ecological diplomacy in the modern world. Special emphasis was placed on the fruitful cooperation between Turkmenistan and UNESCO, as well as on the large-scale work being carried out to preserve national heritage and natural wealth.

As highlighted in the speeches, under the wise leadership of the esteemed President of Turkmenistan, the country actively participates in international conventions and consistently implements important initiatives aimed at developing a “green” economy, combating desertification, preserving biodiversity and ensuring ecological well-being. Activities in this direction play a key role in shaping the ecological culture of the younger generation.

Following the theoretical session, the event moved into a practical phase. As part of the environmental campaign, participants were engaged in improving the institute’s territory by caring for garden areas, landscaping educational zones and cleaning the surrounding environment.

During the event, students who showed outstanding activity and creativity were awarded incentive gifts by the public organization “Young Naturalist”.

According to the organizers, such events play an important role in strengthening environmental responsibility among youth, studying the foundations of environmental diplomacy and promoting the principles of a healthy lifestyle.

At the end of the event, participants expressed their sincere gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the wide opportunities created in the country for environmental protection, ensuring ecological well-being and supporting youth initiatives aimed at preserving nature.
