In order to implement tasks, set by the head of state, the teachers of the Advance Training Departments at the higher and secondary vocational educational institutions, training highly qualified specialists with higher and secondary vocational education for the oil and gas sector of the country, organize their training and practical activity in accordance with the requirements of the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State.

A vivid example of this is the work of the teaching staff of the Advance Training Department at the Mary Oil and Gas Secondary Vocational School of the Türkmengaz State Concern.

“At our educational institution, the work on raising the level of professional qualification of the workers and specialists of the organizations and enterprises of the Türkmengaz State Concern and the Türkmengeologiýa State Corporation has been carried out for more than thirty years. At our one-month courses, all conditions and opportunities are created for studying and enriching one’s theoretical knowledge. The classrooms are fully equipped. There are also conditions for living during the study period in the dormitory of our school. In 2023, more than one thousand three hundred employees and specialists from the Marygazçykaryş, Döwletabatgazçykaryş and Lebapgazçykaryş Directorates of the Türkmengaz State Concern and the velayat departments of the Türkmengazüpjünçilik Association studied at our Advanced Training Department,” Kakajan Kakageldiyev, head of the Advanced Training Department of the School, says.

During the training, specialists, working as drillers and driller’s assistants in oil and gas research expeditions of the Türkmengeologiýa State Corporation in the velayats of the country, receive a comprehensive understanding of innovative advanced technologies, expand their knowledge about new methods of drilling and improve their skills using modern powerful drilling rigs and equipment installed in the classrooms for practical lessons on drilling wells.

The technical safety and labor protection classroom of the Department is also fully equipped with the appropriate tools, manuals and necessary visual documents, such as regulations and statutes. There, students become familiar with the rules of full and competent compliance with technical safety rules at work and the safe use of tools through advanced training.

The process of study at the Advance Training Departmentcontinues at an intensive pace this year, being held under the motto “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy”. During the training carried out in three stages, two hundred employees and specialists of the Gündogargazakdyryş, Marygazçykaryş, Döwletabatgazçykaryş and Türkmengazüpjünçilik Directorates of the Türkmengaz State Concern and the Balkangazüpjünçilik Directorate of the Türkmengazüpjünçilik Association have improved their skills.

It should be noted that at the Advanced Training Department of the Mary Oil and Gas Secondary Vocational School, experienced teachers, who have excellent skills in managing the digital system and advanced equipment being introduced into the production of organizations and enterprises of the country’s oil and gas industry, work hard. Among them are professionals in their field and mentors of youth Orazgeldy Ishanguliyev, Jumageldy Hydyrov, Rejepmurat Annayev and Nygmat Byabekov, who enjoy special respect among their colleagues. The rich experience accumulated over many years of teaching contributes to filling the material, being learned, with deep meaning and practical content.
