At the auction, the total amount of transactions amounted to over 7 million 763 thousand US dollars

Last week, 38 transactions were registered at the auction of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

For foreign currency, representatives of the business community of the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, and Uzbekistan purchased aviation kerosene and polypropylene produced at the technological installations of the State Concern "Turkmennebit".

In addition, bed linen sets, terry and denim products, denim and cotton fabric, cotton yarn, and Portland cement were sold for foreign currency. Buying countries: UAE, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan. The total amount of transactions amounted to over 7 million 763 thousand US dollars.

For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased polypropylene, mixed paraffin slack, base oil (State Concern "Turkmennebit"), carbon black and iodine, bischofite, sodium sulfate (State Concern "Turkmenchemistry"), as well as float glass and handmade carpets. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 537 million 257 thousand manats.
