A healthy lifestyle is the key to the health of every citizen

Last week, an explanatory meeting on issues of a healthy lifestyle, road safety and legal culture was held at the Natural Gas Research Institute of the State Concern "Turkmengas". The event was attended by representatives of the Nebit-gaz newspaper, the Natural Gas Research Institute, specialists from the Design Work Department, the Department of Food Supply for Workers and Services, the Department of State Analysis of Investment and Technological Projects of Industrial Facilities of the Oil and Gas Complex of the Turkmengaz State Concern.

During the meeting, speeches were heard from an employee of department No. 4 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, police lieutenant colonel Nepesgylych Khalimov, head of department No. 4 of the Department of Road Supervision of the police, police major Dovran Amanmuradov, technical inspector for the trade union of workers of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan Geldymurad Seitiev, leading specialist of the Department of food supply for workers and services SC "Turkmengas" Jepbar Annashov.

The speeches especially emphasized that promoting a healthy lifestyle and giving up bad habits is one of the priorities of state policy. Propaganda and educational work carried out on the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people - Hero-Arkadag and President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov is aimed at raising a spiritually and physically healthy generation, promoting a healthy lifestyle, moral and spiritual values. In the cities and villages of the country, including the white marble capital of Ashgabat, as well as the city of Arkadag, which is the embodiment of digital and smart technologies, all conditions have been created for sports. Modern sports complexes and specialized sports schools are available for adherents of a healthy lifestyle.
