Safe working conditions are a state priority
A conference on labor protection, technical and fire safety rules was held at the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas of the State Concern "Turkmengas". The event was attended by those responsible for labor protection and specialists of the production units of the State Concern "Turkmengas".
As noted in the speeches, in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, the opportunities and rights of our citizens working in any profession and position are given an important place in the reforms carried out in the country through the efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people - Hero Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
Great importance is attached to improving the legal framework for labor, improving working conditions in organizations and enterprises, introducing new technologies, since high production indicators and labor successes are achieved thanks to the created conditions and opportunities for workers and specialists.
The legislation of Turkmenistan is aimed at strict compliance with labor protection rules, technical and environmental safety, that is, protecting the health and lives of people. The labor legislation of Turkmenistan is being improved in accordance with international standards, taking into account the requirements of the time and the interests of citizens.
Realization of the creative and intellectual potential of each person, organization of labor, achievement of labor productivity, improvement of professional skills of specialists are the main components of labor relations. According to our Basic Law, citizens have the right to work, choice of profession, place of work, healthy and safe working conditions, social security. Work on regulation of labor relations, organization and labor protection in the country is based on modern developments.
Today, through the efforts of the President, new modern institutions and enterprises are being built in all regions of the country. They fully provide safe and comfortable working conditions for employees. Labor protection is an important requirement and an urgent task of modern international law and national legislation. Accordingly, our country attaches great importance to solving this problem in accordance with the requirements. Based on this, modern industrial enterprises of the country carry out measures aimed at labor protection, ensuring full compliance with fire, technical, environmental safety and industrial sanitation standards. In accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan and the Charter of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, the country's trade union organizations regularly carry out effective work to implement public control over the creation of safe working and rest conditions for workers and specialists.
During the conference, organized by the State Concern "Turkmengas", a conversation took place in the form of a dialogue, during which the participants received answers to all their questions on this topic.
